Relaxing Pool Experience

The heated outdoor pool was a fantastic way to unwind after a long day on the slopes. I loved being able to soak in the warm water while enjoying the crisp mountain air. The indoor pool was equally enjoyable, with a hot tub and dry sauna nearby, providing a perfect relaxation zone after skiing. It was a wonderful experience to switch between the outdoor hot tub and the indoor sauna.

Delicious Culinary Delights

I had an amazing dining experience at the Choux Gras restaurant. The service was excellent, and the food was of the highest quality. I particularly enjoyed the duck grilled cheese appetizer and the lovely buffet dinner; everything was delicious and beautifully presented. It was definitely a highlight of my stay.

Cozy Comfort

I booked a Deluxe King Room with a lovely view of the village. The room was spacious and clean, and the Fairmont beds were incredibly comfortable. I appreciated the little amenities like a stocked mini-fridge and a corkscrew – perfect for enjoying a bottle of wine after a day of skiing. This room was a haven after a long day outdoors.

Fun for the Family

My family and I loved the outdoor heated pool area. It was great to see so many children enjoying themselves, and the nightly marshmallow roasting was a fantastic treat for everyone. It created a warm, family-friendly atmosphere that made our trip enjoyable for both kids and adults alike.

This hotel is perfectly situated at the base of the mountain, making it extremely convenient for skiing with easy access to rentals and lifts. The hospitality from the staff stands out, making guests feel welcomed and well cared for. However, the hotel's facilities felt a bit dated and less luxurious than expected, particularly the overly crowded pool area. The dining experiences were mixed; while some meals were outstanding, the breakfast buffet could use improvement in service and variety.

Overall, it's a beautiful place with great amenities, but there are certainly areas that need improvement for better guest experience.

My stay was absolutely delightful at the hotel! The location is fantastic, perched at the top of the village with stunning views all around. The service was impeccable, from the welcoming valet to the attentive staff. I enjoyed an incredible buffet breakfast that was truly a highlight. However, the poolside drink service could be improved as it wasn't as frequent as I hoped. Overall, a fantastic getaway and I can't wait to come back!
